The higher you go the more power there is. There is a chart on the Aiyima website, give it a look.

I recommend going with the 48v power supply. As Sliphorn stated, the higher the voltage the more power the amp will produce. This will allow the amp to handle dynamic passages in the music easier which improves sound quality. I opted for the 48v power supply when I purchased a Fosi ZA3 amp and I am glad I spent the extra $20 to get it. It can drive a pair of JBL L100t3 speakers with ease to volume levels I will never see in practical use. Feeding the 3255 amp chips used in the recent class D amps plenty of power is the key to getting the best results from them.
