I was more-or-less taking a look at my Focal speakers which are about the same size, maybe a little bigger, but they have inverted domes & a little aluminum waveguide surrounding the tweeter. Perhaps the designers had cabinet diffraction in mind... I'll post pics later today.
No need. Just use a 1.5" x 6" duct....I've got some .5 cu ft boxes, and can eat that down to .38 or where ever with a syrofoam block, and retune.
