That's what's on my home computer and works flawlessly. Th phone does use Safari. I am going to see my kids on Sunday, Mother's Day, and they should be able to lend a hand downloading Firefox.

I have zero issues with my work iPhone using Safari and I have never messed with any of the settings. But it is a 12.

Firefox on my Note Ultra 22 here. I only have the issue if I have multiple apps running minimized in the background. Minimize home screen, close all .... then back to AK with zero issues.

I had no AK internet connection issues anymore for a couple of days. Things seem to have improved remarkably, thanks go to whom it may concern!

but ... there is an awful lot of net between Ak stateside and the Euro folks ...

I have read and reread the posts on this thread and I just want you to know that I am just as frustrated as you guys are.

I am working with some of the best people in the business and because of that, their time is limited. Scheduling things so that things go as smoothly as possible is my main concern at this point.

Don't give up on me yet.

Better yet, take a minute to thank the all Mods for all that they do on AK !!
