a guy a couple states over from me has these two pieces for 475 usd. would that be a good price? even after shipping rates if he will ship them?

Sorry that I can't be more specific, but I would assume that the rarity of the black face would make the Marantz more valuable than a regular 2238b. I know that I find the silver knob/black face combo to be very attractive and would prefer it over most plain all silver faces.
