CA-2010 Volume/Balance replacement

I have a need for a 6 gang stepped volume/balance attenuator. 2 gangs are 53.38K and 2 gangs are 3K and 2 gangs are Balance 5KMN Ideas on how I may achieve this?

To pick your knowledge, how can I test the log plot on a potentiometer? I imagine a chart defining dbv in vs dbv out, with the ability to rotate the shaft to full range and then plot.

What is Yamaha trying to tell us with these symbols? It is not the standard pot symbol.
