Can Anyone ID this Panasonic turntable?

Hey Guys!

A fellow neighbor wanted to sell me this turntable for around $30? Wanted to see if anyone know about it and if it’s worth getting into. It’s works just fine.

That's the infamous BSR mini-changer. It obviously has a broken record stabilizer arm. It has a low-fi ceramic (or maybe crystal) cartridge that tracks relatively heavy and isn't the kindest to records.

I wouldn't really want it for free, even less so with broken parts.
