Cannabis and weight loss

Sorry total BS, it's an appetite stimulant. THC can make food taste better and trick your brain into thinking you're hungry, even if you've recently eaten.
I can vouch for that!

My homemade chocolate chip cookies include a piece of concentrated brownie in the recipe and eating a third of a cookie makes the music sound better along with bringing on the munchies. The cookies also help ease my lower back pain and help me get a fairly decent sleep without taking any prescription meds.

I’ve had luck with sativa strains like Durban Poison for appetite control, but microdosing is key to avoid munchies ruining your diet.
I’m going out on a limb without rereading this whole thread and saying this may be the first post that’s on point. If one’s talking THC vs CBD or Sativa vs Indica they are merely scratching the surface. Specific effects like anxiety, appetite suppression or enhancement are generally terpene specific medical grade hybrid strains with little CBD and approach 30% THC. This is not comparable to the Mexican ditch weed we grew up on. IIRC about 14% THC is the limit without enhancement. The Targeting specific effects is possible. Lots of new purple strains are coming to market lately. Purple Panty Dropper works as named, if you get my drift.

I had some "Purple Train Wreck" the other day. I think it was infused. It was pretty mind-boggling.

I didn't lose any weight but I did eat an entire pepperoni pizza myself.:rflmao:

I have found that stuffing more food in my mouth, drinking suragy drinks and moving less makes me fatter.
You just need a new mirror - one of those "skinny ones". And you should also recalibrate your scale so it agrees with the new mirror.

I've found that pairing cannabis with other cannabinoids helps balance effects. For daytime focus and appetite control, I use CBG from CBG vs CBN: What's the Difference? while reserving CBN for sleep. The combo reduces munchies for me. Strain choice and dosage matter a lot, but adding these non-intoxicating compounds has made my dieting efforts smoother.

If you want to get high, ingest cannabinoids. If you are serious about improving your health and losing weight, this is real with indisputable scientific data to prove it. No need to try and convince yourself it's working. I lost 65 lbs. in one year on this stuff with minimal effort. Millions of others have too. Now on year 2 I'm down 80 lbs. from my all-time high. Right about where I want to be and I feel great. My blood pressure, cholesteral, sugar, everything is right where it needs to be.

I'm losing weight, too.

I eat less. Doesn't cost a dime. No unnecessary drugs in my system.
