Cartridge for a Pioneer PL-55X

Any suggestions on a cartridge for a 55X? I currently have a Shure M97xE on a Pioneer PL-12 and like it but wonder if the Stanton 681 EEE might work better?

The Stanton will sound different, but it's hard to say which will sound "better." That's largely up to you. One good thing about the Stanton is its Longhair brush assembly, that will greatly aid in your PL-55X playing warped records. And, I hope you don't have any nasty problems with the cueing of your turntable as I did with mine years ago that caused me to give it away to someone for free, as I was so mad with it.
