Cerwin Vega speaker repair in LA

Is there a good Cerwin Vega speaker repair shop in Los Angeles area? Have nice pair of 3-way floor standers that need woofers re-coned.

Do they really need new cones or just new foam surrounds on the existing woofer cones? Refoaming costs a whole let less to be sure.
