Checking bias on Pilot 654

Anyone have any idea on how to check the bias on my Pilot 654? Maybe even a manual, Sams, anything?

I have a Sams for my Pilot 602 which uses 6BQ5/EL84 output tubes.
According to the schematic Pin 2 (grid) should have 1 VDC and Pin 3
(cathode) should have 15 VDC. Does the Pilot 654 use EL84's or 7591's ?

There are no instructions in the Sams for setting BIAS, although there
is a DC balance control.

Pretty sure mine has a bias knob and dc balance. My pilot uses 7591's. Ive seen that whitese has posted pictures of something for the 654. ( in what looks like a manual)

But will he chime in?

voltage measured across 10 ohm R in each cathode will give you bias I. (I=E/R)
