Classic High-End Gear

I nominate Museatex. It was designed by Ed Meitner, advancing from his earlier eponymous brand, and the new company failed despite glowing reviews. I scored a "demo" system used by a former sales rep: the Power Amp, Line Preamp and FM Tuner, for about 10% of retail; then I found the Phono Preamp on ebay, again for 10% of MSRP — it's the best phono pre I've heard

People say it's "tubelike" but that's so misleading. It's just highly musical, and endlessly satisfying, in all genres, with my current speakers.

Marantz 7C Preamp
SAE IIIC / IIICM Power Amps
Sequerra FM Tuner
JBL 4333 Pro Monitor
AR XA / XB Turntables
Technics Pro Reel to Reel Tape Decks

I am using exposure XIV and monitor supply Exposure IX. Now I want to replace the capacitor of the IX. But inside the IX only mention exposure capacitor 1008 KD UK Made. Would you please advice where can I get these caps or the replacement.
Thank you. Tony Budiman

It's good to see a modern piece in here ..
Even though $10,000 seems a lot .. it's really just a $1,000 amp in 1980 dollars .. everything costs 10x more now than it did then ..

I had to work my butt off to buy the gear that I was buying as a teen in the 70's.
I couldn't afford a car until I was 26 because all of my money went to audio gear ..
