All components are Pioneer,
SX-1010 Receiver
PL-530 Turntable
CT-F9191 Cassette Deck
RG-2 Processor
SG-550 Equalizer

Turntable not a problem.
How do you connect the other components so they will interact with each other ?

Sorta depends.

If you want the effects to be available to the tape recorder, then afaik, all that needs to connect to the tape monitor circuit.

If you don't need the effects in the tape recorder, then it's two choices (assuming the 1010 has pre out/main in).

Connect as previously described in the tape monitor circuit for the effects and the tape player. Or, connect the tape player to the tape circuit as usual and put the effects in the pre out/main in loop.

Easiest way I do mine is: CT-F9191 tape player into tape 1 in/outs.
RG-2 processor into Dolby NR in/outs or 4 channel in/outs. Push either button down.
SG-550 equalizer can be used connected to MAIN IN/PRE-OUTS or TAPE 2 in/outs.
If you use TAPE 2 for the EQ, TAPE 2 button down, and to listen to the cassette tape, DUPLICATE button down, leaving the MAIN IN/PRE-OUT jumpers in place.

The DOLBY IN/OUTS and the 4 CHANNEL IN/OUTS is like having 2 more extra tape loops. They work the same as TAPE 1 and TAPE 2.

Try this: Use your equalizer connected to the SX-1010's PRE-OUT/MAIN IN jacks. (EQ main out, to SX-1010 main in - EQ main in, to SX-1010 pre-out)

RG-2 processor connected to the SX-1010's DOLBY NR in/outs. (RG-2 main out to DOLBY NR in - RG-2 main in to DOLBY NR out)

Whatever you have selected for your source, AM, FM, PHONO, TAPE 1, TAPE 2, etc. will now be heard through the equalizer.

Also, to hear the RG-2 Processor with everything, simply push the DOLBY NR button down!
