Yeah, too cute. It looks more like a warbler though, but I guess that's what they call a robin down under. Maybe it has a robin-like call?

There are a bunch of these ground wasps (or digger wasps maybe?) living in the driveway of my family's summer house. They seem to be pretty peaceful (at least for now - in a month or so, when the fall-down fruit starts to ferment, they will turn into 1" of pure evil). But I'm really scared of wasps in general, so I didn't dare to go for a close-up.

Yellow jackets like to nest in the ground and get pissed off and aggressive if you intentionally (or inadvertently )step on the hole.

Death to all yellowjackets! Indeed these are all one evil animal, including the one eating a grasshopper (which is also a nuisance animal.)

I'd rather see all yellowjackets be replaced by hoverflies...

I did too.

Hares are rabbits(in the same family as rabbits), but jackrabbits are hares?? That made my head hurt.

And cottontails don't live in holes - well, dang if I thought they did!
