Digital scale - who has bought one recently, and where?

Read the reviews. you may have the FEDs knocking on your door. I do not think most of the buyers are using them to set up their turntables.

How does this work on your turntable?

Mine was purchased from a "tobacco shoppe", and it is thin. Works very good with my Rega P2/250. Have not seen DEA around.

I want to weigh counterweights and other tonearm components, so I wanted the extra capacity. I'll let you know how it works.

How does this work on your turntable?

No offense but the FEDs aren't going to show up at your door for buying a digital scale just because the scale is also used by people buying and selling drugs. If you buy a box of sandwich baggies they're not going to show up assuming you're a pot dealer. There are WAY to many uses for scales for them to focus their efforts on every person out there that buys a digital scale.

Yep, it works very well. Simple and easy to use. The calibration weights extend great confidence in measurements. I've use it several time to measure and set up a few turntables. One turntable has an inappropriate counterweight. With this tool, I can still set it up confidently.

To facilitate use, I cut a piece of Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to the right height so that the stylus is at LP height when it hits the scale.
