A vague subject line forces readers to open the thread to find out what the poster wants to know. For obscure topics, many will not know, and will be mildly peeved at the avoidable wasted time. Some will not click at all, which reduces the pool of potential answers.
Kinda like looking at Craigslist For Sale ads and seeing one titled "For sale". Well, I knew that, and chances that it will be anything I want are nil, so I don't even look.

I would contact ARC dealers in my area to see if they would have some in stock. Some of theses shops may have done service on ARC gear so it's worth a shot if you haven't found anything. They may point you to a tech that stocks them.
