I have Dynaco A25s and A35s and I don’t think it’s either of those since this appears to be a 3 way speaker. They look to be in great shape. How do they sound?

Ok, they sounds great with my Marantz 2015.
Maybe these are rebuilt A25? Looking inside and everything look like stock. Very good built and quality.

Looks to me like someone took a Dynaco speaker, replaced the original tweeter, and added a mid range. Check the crossover to see if it's original. Bet it's not.

Looks to be Dynaco and original, but I've never seen that one before.

May I ask if the OP is in the US?

If you don’t mind list the 3 outside dimensions of the enclosure and I’ll check them against my A35 enclosure. The front exposed wood edge more closely matches the width of the A35 than the A25 which is about an inch wide and has the aperiodic vent as spark1 mentioned.

Size is (mm) 500x290x250

I think they’re hacked A35’s. I bet if you took the mid out there’s a recessed area behind it where the original tweeter was.

Midrange and tweeter are old peerless drivers. Look original to me. I doubt they are hacked A-25, and would guess they were earlier models than the A-25. European is reasonable guess too....

They look original to mee and proffesional built. So maybe You are right that they are a early model of A25. Would be great if someone can tell me more.

A35 measures (mm) 570 wide x 320 wide x 250 deep Dynaco badge is fastened to the grill, no vent in the enclosure
A25 measures (mm) 500 wide x 290 wide x 250 deep Dynaco badge is on a screw that goes through the grill cloth and screws into the front panel, aperiodic vent in the bottom front.
My understanding is that the A25 and A35 used the same SEAS tweeters and woofers, with the enclosure being the biggest difference. I prefer the sound of the A35s but they are both pretty sweet for 40 year old speakers.
There are also some A10s and A50s out there.
Pretty good history for Dynaco on Wikipedia.
My guess is the OP may have some rare limited run Dynaco edition.
