Electro now playing thread?

[TwoHardCore]

Big Bud - Fear of Flying is a very nice and very different type of CD. A double album with some decent Drum & Bass tracks, and the second disc is all over the genres...Ska, Dub, Reggae, Hip-Hop etc. with an electro flare.

instra:mental's lp
haven't heard it, but fig it might be of interest to everybody here. since they are a D&B act, but this is apparently techno.

deadmau5 – "HR 8938 Cephei"
Progressive house at its finest. Sorry, no link to the full version.

Skrillex – "Disco Rangers"
Just released a few days ago. Epic electro/dub track. http://soundcloud.com/hypetrak/skrillex-disco-rangers

Listening to Big Bud - Infinity + Infinity which is an awesome album!

Currently listening to Progression Sessions 9 - Japan Live 2003 which is one of the 2 (out of 10) Progression Sessions that LTJ Bukem did not DJ for. This one was done by Makoto with Deeizm doing the MC work.

I've got a higher opinion of this album than the first reviewer at the Discogs link above. Pretty good, and a bit rare, disc.

Valve Software just released the first part of the Portal 2 Soundtrack for free!

Volume 1 - Songs to Test By

http://www.thinkwithportals.com/music.php

It's a very nice electronic noise-laced soundtrack, and you can't beat the price. You can download the whole volume in a single zip file on the left side of the page, rather than individual tracks.

Of course, the game is well worth it's price too.

Xhin - Key. Dark techno-ic stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NetLH5EkW-Y

And a lot of stuff by Traversable Wormhole. Excellent techno of the dark, minimalistic variety.

PHD and DRS present Ascendant Moods, mixed by PHD and mc'd by DRS. This is much like the Progression Sessions discs except this unmixed CD has different tracks than the mixed.

Good quality older DnB
