Very cool, I have a couple of those. Glad to learn they're still putting out music.

Doll Doll Doll

2001 Hymen Records

It's taken me years to hunt down reasonably priced copies of this CD, and its followup Find Candace, which will be my next post. I happen to think most of Aaron Funk's work sounds pretty demented and dark, but these two albums are very twisted. My interpretation is that they're essentially about the ways children suffer at the hands of certain sick and sadistic adults, using in this case the 'life' of a doll as a metaphor, but I could be wrong about that.

Autechre
Tri Repetae ++

1995 Warp
2 CD

This is Autechre's third album. A fan favorite, in my opinion it's actually one of their weaker works, although still enjoyable and worth listening to now and again. The ++ was added for the U.S. version, which includes two of their early EPs on the second disc. Nice cover, huh? :scratch2:

Hi Mr Lin, I'm going to have to dig back through this thread! Clipper is an absolute standout track for me. I always imagined choreographing a dance troupe of 'bots to that one...
