Other than the Dynaco Tuner of the era. Does anyone know other components that utilized the EMM-801 tube in manufacture?

I believe that the EMM801 was originally developed for use as a dual level indicator for stereo tape decks.

It was used in the Revox F36 for that purpose.

I have one of those, and had completely forgotten about it:confused: That thing sounded great!

I believe that is the tube used in my Sherwood S-7000. It has a dual beam eye tube, one for AM and one for FM. Its a simulcast tuner so it had to be able to show both at once.
