Does anyon know if a faceplate from a Marantz 7 or 7C will fit on a Marantz 7T?

I have a 7T I want to restore/rebuild. Also where can I get one?

It will not...

because the 7C faceplate doesn't have the "External Recorder/headphones" (3 jack sockets) as the 7T has at the lower part of it's faceplate.. The three jacks will protude from the inner plate so there'll be no space for the 7C-plate.

Without a doubt you would need to drill out for the three jack sockets.

As for where the switches, pots and selectors are:

(I just held up a ruler to so this might be a little off)

Selector switch, 2 1/4" from the left and 2" from the top.
Overall 15 5/16"- wide
Pilot light is centered about 1 5/8" from the top.
Center of first knife switch is 6 3/16" from left and 2 1/2" down at the top of the groove.
On/off switch groove, upper right corner is 2 13/16" from top, 7/8" from right side.

An easier trick might be to get pictures of both units, shrink/blow up on a copier until they are the exact same dimension, then place the copies together and hold them up to a bright light. If things line up then you are in the money.

If I remember correctly there was a 7C faceplate on Ebay recently.
