Fisher 400 Receiver's Transformer

Hi all,
Can a Fisher 400's Power Transformer be used in a X100-B amp?

Electrically....my vote is yes. The footprint of the two are different but you could probably make it fit. You would get the added benefits of a fixed bias winding so you could theoretically convert the unit to fixed bias and get rid of that stupid arrangement where the 12AX7 tube heaters are powered off the 7868 cathodes.
