I'm no expert on Fisher consoles, but this looks like it's a cut above your ordinary Silvertone, etc. Tube / transistor hybrid.

Fisher was a step up from a Magnavox. If thats the amp I think it may be, it uses a pair of ELL80 tubes to drive the output transistors. Sort of a neat arrangement. I'd love to hear one of those things someday.
