Does anyone have a favorite Passive Radiator grille to keep little hands out?

We're talking Forte 1 - 12"

Yep. Good 'ol "waffle grill" with the rubber ring. Just lift up the edges of the rubber and use the same screw holes versus those "clamps" and making new holes.
