Could that pic be from Franks photo session as the spokesman for Wendy's?

Zappa had actually asked Paul McCartney for permission to do this send-up of Sgt. Peppers. McCartney would not agree to the cover art, so it was turned inside out. At least that is the story...anyone know if its true. A fantastic LP by the way...certainly in the top ten (out of 137) Zappa-related discs (in my humble opinion).

Frank asked one of the Beatles (I forget who exactly) and got the reply that Frank would have to talk to their management and record company. Frank gave a reply along the lines of "...but you're the artist."
