I have some other Fraziers not pictured here but these are sweet ass speakers.

Ha! They'd likely get returned to sender. Frazier was about a mile from here in the heyday. The building now houses a printing company.

Hey Mark, any way you could post a bigger pic or scan of that brochure? I've got a pair of Fraziers, and I'm not exactly sure which model they are. Two slotted ports in the back, and made to sit on their sides. Two way setup. I was told when I bought 'em, they were early Monte Carlo's, but I'd like to be sure, and maybe a date for them.

I also plan on scanning the brochure and posting it later. Hey, I know where my priorities are! I was Jonesing to get those bad boys out and hooked up to see how they sounded! Making a pdf for you guys was LAST on my list! (sorry guys, love you like a brother and I wouldn't have done it for him either!!) HA!

Sounds like the pair I had that were positively ID'd as Monte Carlos. Now they're in the possession of... Quagh!

If they are Monte's they're an earlier version. The ones in the pic are Super Monte's.

Set aside for a future project. I had a line on some super nice cabinets for $10.00 but some uncouth CL'er beat me to them. I only say that because the seller told me Mr Long Island appeared, bought them, got ready to leave and then told him how quickly and how much he re-sells thing for. People are incredibly stupid at times.

Too bad for him too! I picked up his minty Dual 1209 TT and a some albums for a fair price. The seller was even so kind as to send me the manual and spindle adapters on his nickel weeks later. Lesson of the day: "be kind and courteous to those you buy from" It pays off down the road.

Thanks, Quagh..... I, and many others appreciate your prompt posting of this ..........

My Frazier story is , alas , one that got away......I had, at one time a roommate who had a pair of what appear to be Monte Carlos.....This was Pre AK......I did not know what they were......he wasn't using them at the time...

Long story short..... he died suddenly, I had to move out quickly, and just did not know to save them...... I was just barely starting to get back into stereo, I didn't know from AK.........it was a bad deal for me.....he left me in a lot of debt......I left them when I moved, along with a lot of other stuff ....just a really bad deal......

Anyway thanks for the scan, you did a good deed.....willhowl:yes:
