No idea about those speakers. They look interesting, although the inclusion of a Motorola piezo tweeter is a red flag (it needs to be done properly to sound good, and it usually isn't). If interested. I'd recommend listening to them critically before committing to purchase.

The MCS 3275 is a very desirable receiver, especially if you can grab it for a reasonable price. It was manufactured by NEC.

I ended up grabbing the speakers on a whim, with out listening to them. And they stink. I took it apart a little and looks like a diy job. The sub's have a herald muscle magnets. Wiring looks like crap. I might try changing the crossover to see if it improves, but chalking it up to a loss.

The receiver was pretty rough looking and they wanted 300. Should have been a red flag with the speakers I guess.

There are no subs, just a woofer. It's possible, even likely, that the cabinet is not tuned to the woofer. I don't know what herald muscle magnets means. If the woofers and mids are decent, then it might be worth tuning the cabinet using some speaker design software, and then replacing the tweeter with a proper dome, and designing a new crossover around them. Don't buy a commercially-made crossover, they're designed for ideal drivers (i.e. constant impedance across entire frequency range) that doesn't exist.

Herald was a sort of sub-vendor of generic replacement/raw speaker components.

Most of their stuff was made by the bigger OEM's like Heppner, Rola, CTS, Gefco, etc..
