Short answer of recently yes! But I feel it is justified:

Sold a set of golf clubs online and 2 weeks later tracking shows package has gone nowhere! My buyer is patient and I spent an hR today at local usps as well as a phone call to escalate case.

Went to Miami with family for spring break and rented a convertible thru turo. The car had a fair amount of cosmetic damage on interior and the horn didn’t work! Seller offered no credit for rental. Made a phone call to turo and they initially offered me a credit towards next rental. I stated that wouldn’t work for me. They then offered me a partial refund which I accepted.

Next I need to call Uber as the driver that was picking us up at airport passed us up not once but twice and had to circle around to get us. The 7+ yr old Honda odyssey had all kinds of stains and trash on inside of car. Cracked windshield and worn out rear suspension. Not to mention realized the AC was inop when we got on the highway and driver had windows all down doing 70mph on I-40.

Blame COVID

I have never experienced people as corrupted as they have become since the magic flu. A lot of people that towed the line pretty well all their lives seemed to have given in and now the lack of ethics seems to be a new normal.

2 places in particular that trigger feeling angrier than usual is the abuse that has become "tipping" - it's usually connected to a person asking for the tip that intentionally suffers from "vocal fry" which is that low creaky voice affect to imply you don't care and want to signal your indifference - YET YOU ARE THERE FOR THE TIP:

I'm finding that big time in my little Canadian city. We are no longer the friendly and polite folk that people chuckle about. I think a big part of it is the political landscape and the crazy cost of living. We live in a world where lots of people have adopted the mantra "All for one, and I'm the one"
It all starts with you try to make your city more friendly one with the people you run into ! Open a door take a few minutes to say hi or help someone with a small deed say help a senior with a grocery bag ! “You get what you give “ to quote the song !

However, in recent months, I've observed a shift in my emotional state. I've become particularly prone to anger, to the extent that I've begun to question my own judgment about how I react to things. Minor incidents now trigger disproportionate reactions from me. There's been quite a few times I've read that others are experiencing something similar lately.

do some research on
chemical imbalance in brain and anger

I am actually less angry and/or frustrated than say, 3-5 years ago.

I have decided that we in general have it pretty good.

I am not too concerned with things outside of my control or influence.

I simply laugh at or ignore some things such as unsolicited sales calls and ridiculously low offers to buy my house for cash.

I am not terribly concerned with what skeletons are in which politicians closet, or even which of those stories are true and which are propaganda.
...although I do sigh and say to whomever may or may not be listening that surely we are capable of doing better.

One of the few things that does still piss me off is following someone at 10-15 MPH below the speed limit who may or may not also be drifting off the road or into oncoming traffic and then panic swerve correcting while they text or talk on the phone.
