You may need a new idler - that is an old table. And you should build a massive plinth to lower the noise floor. Though the arm looks clunky, apparently for low compliance cartridges, it is excellent. The Denon 103 is an obvious candidate, though the cartridge in there already may be one of the GEs, in which case, it has fervent adherents also. And styli are easily available.
