How do you say...Kabuki!

Geez. How about just telling me how you really feel.

Ok you have been here long enough and should be a leader on this site. So perhaps you can tell me a few things.

What did you expect from this post?

What would be the merits of this post?

Isn't calling a speaker a "Kabuki" derogatory remark?

What in your mind defines a Kabuki Speaker?

The brand name?

The size of the woofer?

How many speakers it has?

Is it a 1,2,3 or 4,way?

Shape of box?

Country of Origin?

Please elaborate on your view of this subject. Because at this point the only reason that I can see that you posted this thread is to start discourse between other members. Being on this site for 14 years Im sure you have seen numerous threads on speaker bashing/clowning. They end up being closed, deleted, fights, enemies and members being band.

I haven't been here that long and I have seen many of threads posted like this with all the same results.

So I just have to wonder why this post from a long standing member.:scratch2:

Drop a bomb thread.
Left the topic without responding a day.

I just have to wonder. :scratch2:

So I made mistake calling these Kabuki - I was just trying to be funny as I thought they were. Just correct me and move on. No need to supply a diatribe.

Lighten up.Looks like no one else has a problem with it.As a long time member here I am getting tired of seeing more and more snarkiness towards threads that they feel they don't agree with them.If you don't like what your seeing or reading just move on to the next thread.:music:

Thank You.

Im not trying to be mean or anything but hate to see post like this hurt others.:music:

Come on 427 lighten up, you don't need to get to offended, the less people know about the better Sansui speakers the cheaper they are for those that like them. Seems like Rob is a bit wiser.

So do we need (or is there) another term to describe speakers which may be kabuki, or kabuki-ish, but dependent upon the level of love for said speakers, cannot be called kabuki?

Personally, I just like saying kabuki.
