How to connect this kind of speaker input?

My guess is that you just put it on contact with bare speaker wire but I'm not sure.

Looks like they are threaded, can't tell 100% from the pic. If they are, I would suggest a flat spade connector (or angled L-shaped) soldered or mechanically crimped to your speaker wires.

I agree, those are threaded posts. You can either just go straight wire on there, or spade connectors will work for you as well. If you already have banana plug wire, there are attachments that clip on that convert banana plugs to spades.
