I have a tt addiction......

[Falstaff]

I'm always looking but in three months 2 Technics, a Fisher and a Pioneer. I have the same problem with cassette decks with nice vu meters.

[kermit z]

Good night? I have not even started yet.

I can see 11 from where I am sitting. Ok, so one's not mine. But in the next room there are around 7 plus more down the hall and in the storage locker. And then there's my g/f's place and the cabin... :scratch2:

[Alshalan]

Good that I am not alone !

[kermit z]

What is even funnier is when I tell folks I have 11 turntables. They ask why do I need all those microwave ovens

I am even worse with my 13+

[sacflies]

Not only turntables, but vintage receivers too.

[tuffstuff1]

You will be OK. The wifey is cranking Eric Carmin on my Thorens TD125 right now. Puke! Thats OK. She loves it too. 6 TT's here.

[xwarp]

i got that in the last two weeks and i'm looking at the third today.

there are people here who have been doing this since the '70's.

welcome to the club

HOLY MOLY did this thread take off!

Been working on the Garrard. Got it going, but it may need a new idler wheel.

Has a nice Pickering XV-15 cart on it.

(will get pics soon)

Here is my current list of tables:

Marantz 6370Q
Dual 1019
Dual 1229
Dual 1219
Garrard Zero 92
Technics SL-1900
Pioneer PL-5

I also have 4 tables that belong to a friend, but they need lots of work.

Here is the Garrard in action:

[SteveJewels]

Not me, I pulled the trigger on two TT's in the last 48 hours but I don't have a problem.

If you pick your g/f's based on how much storage space they have for your turntables, you are in serious trouble and if she's pretty too, you are my hero!
