I'm Coming Out

You all know me as the A-hole construction company guy with the PhD in hard sciences, and a fair amount of opinions/attitude. All of that is true. I just have to "come clean" for myself. I am gay, and my partner and I will celebrate 20 years in October. I know this is awkward--it is for me, but necessary (to me).

I don't know how this will be received, but I am who I am and love who I love.

Anyway I don't think many or any will care one way or another that your gay but I do understand you wanting to be "You".

Some people don't want to be themselves online because it's so easy not to be honest and live in anonymity. My self, I like to be me, putting out who I am, the good bad and ugly and let others decide if they like me for me. I have had members over and I'm sure they would say my personality is the same in person as online.

Anyway, just be you, enjoy your life and be good to others, who needs more than that?

That's a dumb comment and not really equal in anything related here.

Your where comfortable with it because it is accepted, you didn't have to live your life worried about what others would think of you, will it harm other relationships in your life, will it harm your livelihood and so on. If you don't get that I don't know what to say...........unbelievable the callousness.
