I'm Coming Out

I work in television. Both the godmothers of my kids are gay. Many of my co-workers and friends are gay. I no longer notice it. It's become just a detail like redhead or tall.

Just as long as you don't start extolling the virtues of Bose Lifestyle Systems we'll be fine.
 
Congratulations to you and yours on twenty years together. I'm happy you feel comfortable enough to share with the group and look forward to a time when no one has to even pause and consider what reaction they will get.
 
That is a great thing about the internet, you never know if someone is black, white, purple, gay, straight, male or female. It matters not to me. I would say, crank up Diana Ross's "I'm Coming Out", celebrate 20 years of being with someone you love and go on with your bad self! :banana:

At the end of my days, all I want to be able to say is that I have done more good than harm. This is just an aspect of my life that I felt a need to share. I am not ashamed of who I am, and I shouldn't be. So like everything else, it is what it is and the sun will go down tonite and come up tomorrow. I was just "having a moment" this morning and felt the need to share, and I am glad that I did. You guys (and gals) ROCK, and I thank you all for the kind words.
