Most prefer to buy replacement surrounds from a more direct source than Amazon.
Two vendors are Simply Speakers and Springfield Speaker Repair. I've bought from both. There is a guy on ebay that does surrounds, but I have not bought from him. I think his name is Cobb?

I prefer to use the tone method to magnetically center the voice coil. This method means that the dust cap does not need to be messed with or replaced. For the tone method, feed a 30 Hz tone to the driver while on the bench. I use a phone signal generator app and play the tone at a low to moderate level when gluing the surround to the basket after the surround is glued to the cone. I turn off the tone after the surround is clamped in position. I then verify that the cone is centered by it pressing the cone and listening for scratching.
There are many youtube videos for refoaming speakers if the above is not clear.
