Info on Pickering V/691E

Going through a box of stuff, I found a Pickering V/691E with a D7E Dustamatic stylus. Google turned up a bunch of replacement styli, but nothing on the cartridge. What's the scoop on it? Good, average, mediocre?

Equivalent to V15. Nice, not great. XV15 is better.

That's a good stylus and so is the D8E The D7E is a 0.03X0.07 I have one and use it in my Stanton Bodies.
