That's a V-15 Micro IV for sure. It was sold under a variety of other names and, of course, there's a Stanton version as well, the Stanton 600.
These are moving iron cartridges like the XV-15 but unlike the non-Micro V-15 which is moving magnet so, strictly speaking, the stylus you have isn't appropriate as it's for the V-15. It'll work because the magnetic lump in the stylus will act like the iron lump in a moving iron stylus. It might sound okay too. The inductance for the two types of V-15 are fairly close. Inductance for the Micro IV is 550mH and for the V-15 it's 400mH so fairly close and, if it sounds off, it'll be rolled off at the top which most people don't object to.
