JBL made in Denmark

I saw on eBay a pair of JBL L20 speakers made in Denmark,I was looking for a pair of L20t and they came up.any comments on these?

Can't tell without seeing what you found, but likely the same.
JBL did offer a line of "L-series" or something over there with the larger versions (L100 and L90) using the LE120H-1 woofer from the L7 in a three-way cabinet. I'd love to hear one!

Crafted in USA…doesn’t always mean made in USA, like my 1981/ L46 from Northridge factory….Im Waiting to hear back from JBL confirming Serial#

Not all JBLs are American. These were made in Denmark and reportedly (i.e., JBL Forum) blow the most similar American offering away.

I have a pair of JBL 18Ti that were built in Denmark. The story is that it was cheaper to ship drivers and filters to Denmark and have the speakers for the European market built with Danish made boxes. They were built at the same factory as the Dali speakers, to JBL specifications. It is claimed that the Danish boxes have better veneer work, and I can attest that it is indeed a very nice mirrored finish (American walnut).
As I recall it the lower tiers of the Ti range was built here, but I don’t know if the 240 and 250 Ti were built here.
