It's a common enough tweeter - and easy enough to damage - so there should be a market for realistic-looking replacements. As for the Chinese-made part, what did you expect? Even tweeters made by well-established and respected manufacturers like Vifa/Peerless are having many of their drivers made in China, so this shouldn't be surprising. It is, after all, a clone of a long-discontinued cone tweeter and I don't see JBL jumping at the opportunity to make replacements.
