Just picked up a copy of Jimmy McGriff's Electric Funk LP WOW! I have to say, this is one blistering funk record!!!

I'm a big fan of instrumental funk and this record is fantastic.

IIRC, the bass player is unknown.

Yep, unknown. It's a shame because the bass playing is awesome. Jimmy started out as a bass player... I wonder...
