Don't trust that area code in the phone number, seems odd.
They have the phone number, just call and will find out right...?
Yup, Just texted this morning and showed using the iMessage Iphone, whenever I see some one text and show up the iMessage I know that is the real number ( not an apps or internet, google number etc)
Anyway the bid was up to $550 this morning....

A Texas number in Colorado. Not unheard of with people moving and cell phones but still not a good sign given the crazy price and that the price has now turned into bidding.

Oh Texas heh? I guess there is a good chance of a Texan living in Colorado, at least by the driving patterns this last snow storm.

Just curious....if it said "taking bids" right there in the ad it might be flagable?
But since it does not say that, and a prospective buyer only finds out in direct communication with the seller, is it indeed flagable?

What about those ads that say $1 in the heading when you know darn well $1 won't seal the deal, flagable?

Well, I got my SX-1080 for $60 and my pair of SPX 8000's for $50 in Colorado Springs. But they were both from the same GW.

Cool. That $60 1080 was a rare thrift find.Almost unheard of around these parts anymore.I fact I have never seen a big Pioneer in a thrift and I have found a lot of stuff.
I've never seen any Pioneer in a thrift, or anything else worth buying.

Since my original post, several have helped me learn that these are worth much more than I originally thought, thus, the change in price.

This item is now sold!

Was that unit yours??? If it was ... sorry your taking heat for the price change. Even still someone got a great deal! I'm not a Pioneer fan myself but if I ever stumbled across one of those monsters at a price I could afford, you can bet ... I'd drag that Monster home!

My standards are pretty low for vintage gear I suppose?? If it's big and at a price I can afford?? I'm buying it ... "KISS" is how I roll! :)

But why did you sell it or is it just a needed the cash at the time deal??
