Edit: With just the elbows, WT2 impedance measurements confirm I was tuned to 40.26 Hz. I put the extensions back on, OAL = ~8.5", measured through the centerline of the elbow. They are aimed upward, along side the compression driver magnet, with ~1/8" clearance. This minimizes any midrange leakage through the ports. Tuning measures 34.99 Hz.
BB6P says F6 is 36.05 Hz, 24 Hz or 0.8 octave lower than stock.
