No chit-chat, geez. I guess we will have to be invited to each other's home to have real fun.
 
On the CW4 Klipsch uses a pair of 2 x 4's from the front to back at the 10:00 and 2:00 position about 2" past the woofer cutout. A solution that works well and has been used on their pro KPT-456 and KPT-904 double 15" woofer cabinets.

Thanks for giving us some space. As I may (perhaps) be the most prolific of Klipsch MODDERS, I am grateful for the opportunity to interact TECHNICALLY with everyone here.

Typically, when I brace, I'll sand the brace contact points to bare wood for good glue adhesion. You may have done that I can't tell. If not, you're relying on the paint adhesion to the wood and glue adhesion to the paint to hold it together

Agreed. I traced the outline of the brace with a #2 pencil, & only sanded inside the lines (hard to see in the pics)

I'm scared to say anything.... Haha! I might get in trouble and have to go to the principal's office. I have 1980 Cornwalls, but they came with Crites 120 tweets and B-2 crossovers made with the big fat metal caps from way back when. Should have B style crossover. B-2 didn't come along until 1981.

What are the best mods to seal my Khorns
I have perfect corners but have read foam or rubber can help seal the corner ?
