Lava Lamps

Hey guys, just a thought, excess Lava Lamps could be posted on BT to share the wealth. I've just not had time to search for them in the usual places.

Not to worry! The lamp is sitting on top of a large aluminum heatsink. :thmbsp:
 
Will do, my good camera was stolen out of my car with other stuff and I am having trouble with the cheep replacement one. It does work perfect (the LL).
 
Close enough for government work(light color). Got to poke around on the oooz site to see about a top? To tell the truth, I kinda like the nekid bottle cap. Maybe dress it up if formal guest pop in.
 
Big Lots was not a big help, but Wal-Mart was. $12 got me one just like the one drtool got with no top in the previous post. I did not realize it was the same until I got back home and looked here again. Have to decide where to put it now.

Well Lavelite came through. A small package showed up yesterday with the missing top cap and 2 bulbs. This makes me happy and my son should be happy.
 
Ok, I joined the club. I mentioned to my wife I was looking at this thread and that it would be cool to get a Lava Lamp. She surprised me with one this morning. It's a 14.5 blue model. I may keep it or exchange it for another color. Maybe a yellow and red one? I'll post a pic when I post some of my TV lamps as promised.
