This is Arizona, beautiful state!

I was expecting someone would Photoshop the Mars pictures, add a Mc Donalds or Michael Jackson or something like that.

Yeah, looks like Arizona, except...

for that pink sky. There is a piece (in the archives, have to search for it) on the Enterprise Mission website ("Boldly going where SOMEONE has gone before") which demonstrates that if you apply the PROPER color correction, the sky is blue, as it should be. The pink sky is window dressing to make it look more alien. Also check out Para-normal.com - in their "Download" section is a film of the start of the "One small step for (a) man..." speech. You'll have to register to see it, but it is well worth the trouble - if nothing else, the film is funny as hell...
