I'd contact the seller and tell him you have the 2220B model with the LC hazy/translucent relay and see if he'll help you with a refund including return shipping cost and/or supplying the correct relay.
Sorry I don't know. I've read that these can be problematic but I don't know if that's your issue necessarily. Wish i could help but I don't know what to suggest, maybe others will chime in. If it worked at one point (clicked) then it may not be your biggest problem.

More pictures of the board will be useful. Move the transistor sockets to the side so more traces and solder points are visible. The more angles you take pictures from, the easier we will be able to see your progress with resoldering.

The boards were made like that but I don't know what they are....if they block the signal to the other part of the trace or what...
