Marantz 2325 has high THD in both channels

Sorry, I'm stepping on @dr*audio's constructive comments. I'll wait until you tend to his requests.

EDITED:
You have time delay - Off (should this be on for these tests?) - No, just wanted to make sure it was off. You want this knob turned to CAL. Time delay is used to expand a small portion of the trace of interest. When you turn on intensify, a bright portion of the trace is shown and you can change the time base for this portion independently to 'zoom' in.
Variable Hold - Off (should this be on for these tests?) No, just wanted to make sure it was off (couldn't tell from the photos). You want it turned fully CCW, otherwise you are delaying the start of trace from the trigger event.
A timebase = 1 msec
B timebase = 0.1 msec (now zeroed out, aligned with A timebase dial) OK
How do you read 1us/div, or was that when you measured 1 ms/div? - That's good.

Looks like a crack PC board here! Check the traces on the back side. Poor ground could cause an oscillation also.
Two corners are cracked. The cracks do not cross any traces. The RCA jacks have been resoldered to both the boards.
Also when unplugged, you probably should have a shorting plug to ground the input signal...See if oscillation goes away.
No change to either amp went a shorting plug used.
