I don't see why not. As far as damage, you can overdrive pretty much any power amp/speaker combo so just use normal caution when cranking up the volume.
Input spec for the Dynaco ST-150 states "The amplifier's nominal load impedance is 35,000 ohms. The input sensitivity is 1.0 volt for full output."
The Marantz 3200 output (the PRE OUT jacks) are rated as "Output Impedance = 600 ohms at 1kHz, Output Voltage at Rated THD (0.05% at 1kHz) = 3 Volts, and Maximum Output Voltage = 7 Volts at 1.0% THD".
