marantz 4400 quad---question?

Do any of you know if the scope on the 4400 runs on the preamp section or the amp section?:scratch2: the bird.

As far as I can see on the owners manual (function block diagram) it runs on the preamp. But better check yourself.

The schematic diagram is here in the library but it's so complex that you have to be very careful or you'll get lost.
