So I placed the ad late yesterday ..... and the first chap to come see it today - purchased it.
All in a 24 hour period.

He's a nice older gent .... went to a good home.

I am at peace.

I like it but except for the trouble free purchase not happy about it. Twas a happy season. Thank you for the ride.
