Mick & Keef kiss & make up

According to the latest Rolling Stone (RS 1153) a tour won't happen until at least 2013. Keith isn't in good health after a head injury in Figi in April 2006, and has barely touched his guitar since the Bigger Bang tour around the same time.

Try telling that to Axl and Slash..

I just can't believe that because of Axl's stubborness, ego, pride or whatever you wanna call it, we won't be able to see this grat band reunite, heck even The Eagles put their differences asides, Van Halen did too.

It obviously does matter to you, since you took the time to make the above comment.

Not in the least. Just making conversation. I've got over 10,000 posts on here now. Do you think all of them were about topics I cared a lot about?

Keef has not worked much with his guitar in the past few years and needs to get back up to speed. My guess is arthritis.

Saw the size of his left hand knuckles in an interview on YouTube. Guessing there's a whole lot of arthritis in those lumps.

Ken might redirect his missile launchers a little to his north-east for me saying this, but paying big money to see them in a huge venue so far from their prime isn't going to happen for me.
Even if they were the greatest rock act ever.

I understand that going in, but I'm able to suspend reality for a few hours. Like I said, I really think they gotta get Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman back to get me out of the house.

BTW, the Black Keys at the Verizon Center on March 9 put on a fantastic rock & roll show. Better than any Stones show from the late 80s on. Lots cheaper, too. Fifty bucks.

Good that they can get past the past and move on. Saw them also in Grand Central Terminal doing a Steel Wheel's promo. Great fun. Saw 2 recorded concerts from within the past 12-15 years or so. The older of the 2 was an HBO concert. It was sad actually, bothersome. It appeared like they were going through the motions, but without heart. Maybe it was a bad day. The more recent one looked like the magic was back. So if they tour, I will wait to see what's said before getting tickets.

NOT a big fan of......'oldies' tours.

I'd rather see an up-n'-coming young artist, than a bunch of drugged-up old geezers wheeling out oxygen canisters, whose best music was made way before Neil Armstrong's Moon Walk.
